Registration Fee includes:

Registration Terms

• Currency

All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where restrictions apply to transfer of foreign currency should contact the Organizing Secretariat.

 

• Terms of payment for registration fees

All payments should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply once deadlines have expired.
Registration will be confirmed and related invoice sent after payment has been received.

 

• Method of Payment

All payments are to be made in Euros (EUR). Bank transfer fees will be paid by the sender: the beneficiary will not pay any charges. Payment will be acknowledged and invoice sent after payment has been received and confirmed by the beneficiary..

Cancellation Policy

​

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ICMART 2022 Congress Secretariat by email. The notification must include all details of the bank account necessary to process a refund.

If written notification of cancellation is received before May 31, 2022, the sender will be entitled to a 50% refund.

After this date, no refund will be given.  

Refunds will be processed within two months after the end of the Congress. 

All charges will be deducted from the remittance amount.

Beneficiary of the refund can only be the person who registered and paid congress fee.

Important notice

If you are eligible for a refund according to the criteria set out in the congress policy or if you have paid an incorrect registration fee, your refund request will be processed as soon as it is reasonably practicable.

Transaction Charges will be borne solely by you and will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.

COVID-19 Related Policies

​

Should Italian government regulations or restrictions related to COVID-19 limit or prohibit in person attendance, then the whole congress will be shifted to the online format.

 

If there is a lockdown in your country preventing in person attendance at the congress, your registration and payment of the fee will entitle you to receive a link after the event.

 

The link will be strictly personal, last 2 months and enable you to view the whole congress.
